Rush City is an electronic music duo based in Bogotá, Colombia, formed by Jonahlo and Joint4Nine. After years of collaboration with Nomada Records and performing together at various clubs, they forged a deep connection through their shared musical tastes. Driven by their love for electro, house, and techno, Jonahlo and Joint4Nine decided to officially create Rush City in 2021. Their mutual passion for these genres led them not only to perform but also to produce their own music under their independent label, Ritmo Terco. As Rush City, they quickly gained recognition for their eclectic DJ sets and distinctive productions, blending innovative sounds with a deep respect for electronic music's roots.
